Our Mission
Peach State Muslim Coalition’s mission is to empower the Georgia Muslim community through candidate engagement, fostering active political participation and exercising influence in the democratic process.
Our Vision
In a future where Muslims are integral contributors to a diverse and thriving democracy, PSMC envisions political empowerment and engagement of the Georgia Muslim community leading to lasting positive change, unity, justice, and equal representation for all.

What we plan to achieve in 2024

We seek to strategically partner ourselves with candidates that support the political interests of our Muslim communities. Some of these relationships will come more naturally than others, but we look forward to meeting candidates across the aisle with mutual respect and understanding to navigate complex issues.

In addition to existing advocacy and political education, our PAC will add another avenue of political influence, and further enlighten the community on how to use all available resources for political good. This includes pushing each of us to vote and contribute to campaigns, but also to feel empowered to talk directly to their elected officials with professionalism and impact.

Georgia Muslim nonprofits are laying the groundwork in civic engagement and advocacy. Rather than duplicate or recreate their intelligence, our coalition mindset seeks to create a shared space for the brightest political minds in our state, amplifying existing efforts for the good of our community.
